How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email you entered during checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check spam or CLICK HERE. You may also login to your account at bendavis.com and click the orders tab.

How do I change/cancel my order?

We cannot change an order after is has been placed. However, we may be able to cancel your order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We cannot cancel your order once it has been fulfilled.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders are generally cancelled due to stock availability issues. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.

How do I get free shipping?

All orders $75+(before tax) qualify for free shipping if the shipping address is within the Contiguous U.S.

Why does my package need my signature?

All orders $200+(before tax) will have their order upgraded to signature upon delivery for free!

What is Hold At Location?

Hold at Location allows you to request for packages to be held at (FedEx, Walgreens, Dollar General, etc.) locations near you. Once it arrives, you can pick it up at your convenience. Your package will be held for up to 7 days.

I selected 2 Day shipping, why hasn’t my packaged arrived in 2 days?

2 business days* is the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver your package. It takes an additional 1-2 business days* to process your order.

We do not accept debit cards as a payment method.

Why was my payment declined?

You must enter your billing address and zip code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you do not, your payment will be declined. We do not accept debit cards as a form of payment. They are automatically declined.

What is Ben Davis’s return policy?

Here at Ben Davis, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you purchased an item from bendavis.com that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a refund to your original payment method. Bendavis.com orders may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. We do not offer refunds on original & return shipping costs.

What is Ben Davis’s exchange policy?

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. After the item has been received, we will ship the exchange item to the original shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only accept exchanges if the item total is less than or equal to the exchange amount. Ex. If you return an item valued at $50, you may only exchange for an item $50 or less. We will refund you the remaining balance.
