What is Ben Davis’s return policy?

Here at Ben Davis, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you purchased an item from bendavis.com that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a refund to your original payment method. Bendavis.com orders may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. We do not offer refunds on original & return shipping costs.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Please be careful when trying on merchandise from Ben Davis. Items returned to us with stains on them are unsalable and will not be accepted. Please do not ship items back to us that have been worn and/or have stains on them as we will not be able to process your refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged. A restocking fee may be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above and/or not returned within 30 days.

A copy of the packing slip, order number, or name of original purchaser is required for any returns.

What is Ben Davis’s exchange policy?

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. After the item has been received, we will ship the exchange item to the original shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only accept exchanges if the item total is less than or equal to the exchange amount. Ex. If you return an item valued at $50, you may only exchange for an item $50 or less. We will refund you the remaining balance. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, we will process your exchange as a return and you will need to reorder at bendavis.com.

What about shipping costs for Returns/Exchanges?

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we will ship any exchanges to the original shipping address for free! Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us, by e-mailing [email protected]. We will ship the correct item and issue a refund for return shipping.

How do I return/exchange Ben Davis products?

After reading our Return/Exchange Policy above, and ensuring that your items are eligible for return/exchange, simply fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your packing slip and place it along with the items in unworn condition in a securely sealed shipping box. How Should I Ship Returned Merchandise To Ben Davis?

Place your packing slip and Ben Davis merchandise into a sturdy bag/box and seal it with tape. Create a shipping label with one of the following carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS. Stick the label on the largest side of the package and bring it to a nearby shipping center.

USPS: Place your package in a USPS collection box or return it at a USPS Post Office. To find the Post Office closest to you, go to http://www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.

FedEx: Bring your package to a FedEx office near you. Visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/returns.html to create a label or find a drop off location near you.

We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment and/or consider purchasing tracking and/or delivery confirmation as we are only able to issue a refund on merchandise we receive. We are not responsible for lost/damaged items being returned to us.
