Free shipping is available on all orders $75 and up if the shipping address is within the U.S. (Contiguous Only). To participate, select the free shipping option displayed at checkout.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 9AM PT/12pm ET will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. All orders are subject to review which may result in a slight delay in processing your order. We appreciate your patience.

Please note: Orders placed during weekends and holidays may take additional processing time. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

All shipping estimates are provided by the carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. However, we understand the frustration and will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact us at customerservice@bendavis.com for further assistance.

We offer signature-required shipping for $14.99. If your order is $200 or more, signature-required shipping is complimentary. Ben Davis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
