colors pockets and comfort mean a lot to me loving the style. lasting good on the job site laying stones breaking stones moving stones.

The fit and fabric are solid for the price, and I really like the overall design. My only ongoing concern with Ben Davis has been stitching quality, as I’ve noticed loose stitching within a short time on a few items. I’d happily pay a bit more for improved construction, because otherwise these pieces have a lot going for them.

Awesome pair of pants. Well built and very durable. They look great and fit nicely. Before purchasing, I read reviews saying that the pants run long. I found that to be true. I usually wear 31x32, so I got 31x30, and they ended up fitting great. Will definitely be purchasing more. Been getting tons of compliments at work from the young guys.

These pants are thick and feel solid, the front pocket that is part of the double front is a great addition that should be standard on other double front pants.

The only issue keeping these from being perfect is the front normal pockets have small openings. If you keep your wallet really fat it might be difficult if you're a fellow front pocket wallet holder like me, or have big hands in general. The back pockets are very roomy though.

I wish these came in more colors!

I'm 5'11 and 170 lbs and the 32x32 fits great. The 32 length is a bit on the longer side though but I cuff them anyway.

I am very pleased with the quality of these double knee carpenter pants.

The fabric is top notch, and stitching is sturdy and accurate. Props to the people who sew them!

Pockets feel sturdy, are well sized, and don't leak small items out when sitting.

They have the correct number of belt loops (lookin' at you Key...)

Waist fit is about what you would expect, but the inseam is somewhat longer than other brands. When I order again, it will be a size shorter than my normal inseam.

One humble request would be for Ben Davis to add a nice medium/dark brown to the color options!

Great fit, material is very solid, very true to size fit. Leg opening is larger than the regular canvas carpenter. The tops of the double knee can act like pockets too which is nice, not something I've seen on all double knee pants.

Absolutely the best pair of work pants I've ever worn comfortable the pockets work fantastic.it does run a little larger I think it'll shrink some overtime but it's okay cause they look great they feel great. Just best pants I've worn on a construction site every. 10/10 would recommend I mean I would even buy some for some of my friends so they know about them there honestly just great.

I've been looking for work pants for a while came across Ben Davis online finally gave them a try and I am so happy I did great pockets and my phone fits no problem I like double knee pants so these are great and the extra pockets are perfect going to give them a couple more washes to see if they shrink in length then I will purchase more

Pants are very stiff which makes them. Wet uncomfortable. Won’t be purchasing these again.

I bought these for work around the house.... immediately donated my carhart carpenter pants and bought 2 more pair of the Ben Davis carpenter double knee.
When you sit the pocket angle keeps your knife and change where it belongs... in your pocket.
These don't ride up the thighs and pinch like carhart's do... these are the perfect chore pants.

I might like these for work but they are more like a 34 waist not a 36 it seems like a very dated in the way they do a return. It seems I have to fill out a form that they sent with the product, which is a lot of writing and then I’m gonna have to pay for the return instead of Ben Davies sending me a return slip prepaid through email on their website that I can print out and just take to the post office It’s a little bit difficult just for an exchange which I haven’t had a chance to do yet.

The layout of these pants is fine, as I had hoped for in terms of pockets. However the fit is so weird; the pants fir as expected in the waist but almost feel like skinny jeans near the top of the thigh, to the point of getting stuck when I sit down. The inseam seems to be a little longer than my other 34 pants, though I’d take that over the alternative. I also am baffled at how this pocket design made it into the final product, I can baley get my hands in there to retrieve anything I’ve previously been able to stuff in there. If the waist didn’t fit properly, I’d think this is just a problem with me going a size too small but no, as I said, the waist fits nicely. I fear this is just the result of designing a garment and then outsourcong production without actually testing and QC’ing the products that are being created. This is all made worse by the fact I also received a pair of Original Ben’s pants that I love nearly everything about. Why aren’t these double knee pants essentially the OG ben’s with more pockets/ panels?? Bizarre. I think I’ll just stick with carhartt’s double knee offerings and either sell these or cut them up to patch my other pants. One saving grave is the pockets above the double knees are cool and useful, though I don’t think I’ll be wearing these again.

I work inside the building at a UPS facility. The clothing you wear definitely takes a beating. The old adage,”You pay for what you get” rings true with Ben Davis. They are far superior to other brands in their quality, stitching, and choice textiles. These clothes I have purchased…. (Not only the pants, the shirts, a coat & hoodies) hold up to the wear and tear of work and tthe washing machine. You can buy lesser quality clothes at another store 4 times before you have to put your worn out Ben Davis”s to rest…. But you don’t have to take my word for it…. Just Wiki Ben Davis and see how it all started!! I’d give 6 ⭐️’s if it was possible. OFTEN REPLICATED BUT NEVER TRULY DUPLICATED. 👍👍

Love these pants, they are so comfortable and easy to throw on for any task. I’d love to see these in navy blue or brown someday.

It started in 1997, my high school banned Ben Davis pants. Who bans pants!? Well they’re good pants. It’s not the pants s fault that competent people wanted the pants. Gang related or not. You either buy garbage or you buy Ben’s.

I’ve tried a lot of double knee pants over the years, and these are at the top. Great fit, solid style, and the updated Ben Davis logo looks sharp. The thigh pockets are a game changer—basically a built-in mini tool pouch that actually gets used every day.
