Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg

Thigh: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your upper thigh.

THESE ARE AMAZING

I bought this and we'll ngl these are the best pants I have ever have, they are soo loose like even more looser the. The double knees from carhartt and dickies (which I own both) it's so rough which I love but I have owned bens before soo these bitches will be soft. I highly recommend these pants they will last you a life time better then dickies and you'll be standing with that tuff ass pants
