Horrible customer support

Ordered an XL hoodie and it was absolutely massive. I'm 6' 215lbs so XL usually fits perfectly or a little small but this hoodie went down to almost my knees. The product page had no mention at all that the hoodie would run large and customer support hasn't been helpful at all about an exchange or return. Was trying to venture out a bit but will definitely be returning to Carhartt or even Walmart at this point

I give it a half thumbs up. Thought this hoody would be heavyweight like the pullover, my fault for not reading the description. Make a beefy, heavyweight zip-up and I’m on it. Carhartt nailed it, Come on Ben.
