Shirt for everything

This is so heavy duty and well made. I'm the person that hates having to change clothes to do a job. I can put this on w some work boots and head into work, come home fix the car, load up the wood pile, unclogg the sewer main and still look presentable to head to a christmas play. This shirt masks dirt and does not rip away. I'm sorta a bull in a China shop and nails and to find me but my weight allows me to break free of those snags without knowing what it's done to my clothing. This shirt snapped me right back to the nail and said "wow buddy, how about you unsnag me and then we can go" I replied of course Mr.Tough Shirt. I can't wait to try the other shirts. Money well spent on this quality. Only thing I would change is a bigger zipper pull. My chunky fingers have a hard time find small things.

I have been waiting for this particular shirt for over 10 years. The last few I bought were from a local store and made in THE United States of America. Those are destroyed and I have bought more than a few similar, but not quite the same shirts that are crap. Including your version from the Peoples Republic. These made in Kenya, not too bad. I know the good old days of Union made in S.F. are long gone, but I was there, and they were plenty good. I shorted you one star because I have only washed and worn them once, and I do remember when this was a greater country.

I have worn ben davis for about 60 years, from student to apprentice to journeyman to retired contractor. Earlier I was pleased that ben davis was union made in San Francisco, now displeased that ben davis is just another import, a company that has shown no loyalty to the workers that made it a success.
